Opening Prayer

Parish Picnic
• September 22nd (Setup Saturday 21st)
• Sign-up for volunteer positions in gathering space weekend of 9/7 – 9/8
• KoC will provide food: hamburgers, brats, some baked goods
• Simple Games: Cookie Walk, Bean Bags, possibly Pickle Ball
• Mass outside: 10:30 (No 8:30 Mass)
• Looking at area to have Mass, most likely near the Rectory
• Bring Lawn Chairs, blankets etc.
• Looking at 300+ people
• Possibly getting a tent for shade
• Ely will setup sound system for Mass and Choir
• Check to see if we can project the Vikings game at noon in the shed

40 Hour Devotion Oct. 31st – Nov. 2nd
• Tradition of having Blessed Sacrament exposed for 40 hours
• People can sign up for different designated hours
• Parish dinner to start the Devotion
• Trick or Treating for kids
• Dress according (Saints, Heros, NOT witches, etc)
• Holy Hour after the dinner

Healing Mass
• October 18th
• More to come later …
• During MEA

Christmas Bazaar – December 8th
• Similar to last years Bazaar
• Looking for chairs for each section/events; decorations, baked goods, raffle, etc

Coffee Cart
• October 13th is the next possible date
• Will need volunteer(s)
• Regina to organize

Rectory remodel is +90% finished
• Do a slide show (Sheila and Ely to help)
• Before and After pictures on digital screens after mass

Evangelization

o How do we Love one another; one form of this Love is through prayer
o Thanking the Lord for giving us the opportunity to be disciples

• Evangelization task force was formed to enliven the parish to be more engaged through Evangelization Methodology
